For brides who are looking for unique styling options and a wedding dress with their personality, Charlie Brear is the antidote to mainstream bridal.
Charlie Brear is a contemporary bridal label, attracting a cult following from brides who want their wedding dress to be as unique as they are. Her bridal collections are featured in a handpicked, exclusive selection of boutiques world wide and we are proud to welcome them into the Olivia Hooper Studio.
The Charlie Brear story started somewhat by accident in 2005. Charlie, who worked as a fashion stylist at the time, found herself selling off vintage wedding dresses sourced for a music video and was struck by the growing interest amongst her circle of friends for something alternative to get married in. This motivated her to launch her own bridalwear company so Charlie began designing her own collections and fell truly in love with bridal.
Designed and produced in the UK, The Charlie Brear collection is the selected design house for the style- aware bride, her stunning range of gowns come in luxurious fabrics: luxe crepes, sand washed silk, soft tulles, chiffon and lace with accents of intricate hand beading.
Without a doubt this collection represents the ultimate in contemporary cool, femininity and the perfect choice for brides seeking a super-stylish dress.
Each bride can truly individualize their bridal gown, simple crepe, satin or chiffon dresses can be layered with anything from a lace overdress, tiered skirt, delicate sleeves, silk sashes (or for the ultra-modern rose gold leather belts and biker jackets). All these options give the bride a chance to have the gown they want, something that is not only stylish but reflects their personality, and the added bonus of having the flexibility of a different look in the evening.
