About Us

Olivia Hooper was created by us, Naomi and Sarah, after both being in the bridal industry for many years. Driven by a love of high quality service we set out to create a different and unique experience with a depth of knowledge on all levels difficult to find outside of the designers own studio. We provide an environment for brides to connect with and individualise her bridal gown search.

The chic village of Wedmore provided the ideal location, a quiet hub bub of beautiful boutiques and galleries as well as an already established Mother of the bride shopping destination.

For those who are looking for a gown from some of Britain’s most revered bridal designers our aim is to work predominately with gowns that are designed and made within the UK. After visiting the designers own studios we took time to understand their own signature to deliver a compressive yet beautiful selection of gowns to our brides.

Should you take the time to visit our bridal studio we will provide you with a wonderful experience and  honest helpful advice. Integrity and excellence being at the heart of everything we stand for.

About Naomi

Having worked in the industry for 25 years it is truly in her blood. Working extensively over those years with some of the industry’s best designers she has developed a keen eye for amazing cuts and quality gowns.

Her approach to her work is unfaltering devoted, from finding a brides perfect gown, through fitting, alteration and finally collection, she is always ready with a listening ear and a compassionate smile you can rest assured that Naomi will always deliver your perfect gown.

Personally she has wonderful wit, is never far away from her signature lippy and when not knee deep in bridal gowns she can be found at home on the farm surrounded by family.

About Sarah

Having come from a successful management career in high street retail, Sarah moved into the independent and unique world of bridal gowns. Her skill set transferred easily with an eye for detail, knowledge of clothing, figures and form and inherent understanding of what the customer is looking for.

She spent her time gaining knowledge of the industry, aligning her existing experience and developing a passion for the slightly quixotic world of brides. Later training to be a fitter, she is fully experienced in how to make the gown fit an individual’s shape guiding the process of a bride from start to finish.

On a personal level when not at the studio, Sarah can be found taxiing around her children, in the gym or pedalling through the countryside.
